Mutter. Despite eschewing[1] the sausage rolls, my weight is up again today. Once again, I failed at the walking thing, which probably doesn’t help matters.

Weight Report - 16 May 2008

What’s this? Can it be? Yes, it’s a quite substantial drop in my weight today, for no readily apparent reason.
I followed through with my plan to be consistent this week, and got the bus both ways.

Ooops. Up again today. I seem to be having a week off from:

Walking to work
Walking home
Eating sensibly at lunchtime
Being concerned about the above

So don’t expect anything better tomorrow!

Weight Report - 14 May 2008

Well, today’s weight is a wee bit lower than yesterday’s, which is something. It’s still four pounds above where I was a week ago, though, which isn’t so good.
The grey weather is still with us, and it seems my motivation to walk really did go away with the sunshine.
