I’ve just added the nifty Weather Report plugin, which will let you see what the weather is like near[1] the Losing it[1] HQ.
[1] The figures are apparently from Newcastle Weather Centre, which is a couple of miles from here

This should not appear on the page before 4pm today. (That’s 4pm in sensible time zones, not any of those odd transatlantic ones that are so behind that it’s not real… 
Post actually saved at around 3:10pm…..
Another oscillation. Up slightly this morning at 201.2 pounds (14 stone 5.2 pounds, 91.3kg). Must be all that muscle
