It was far too early when I took this measurement. Somewhere around 5:15am, in fact. Yes, it was just before yet another trip to London, and I was feeling a bit rough[1]. Anyway, the shocking figure was 201.6 pounds (14 stone 5.6 pounds, 91.4kg)
