Slight change of plan

As I’m going to have an early night[1], I decided to take a break from exercise this evening.

Aim to do something tomorrow night.

[1] Moderately[2] early train to Leeds tomorrow
[2] Not as early as the stupid o’clock train I normally get to London, though :smile: [3]
[3] But no breakfast on the train :cry

Just a minor rise to 203.0 pounds (14 stone 7 pounds, 92.1kg).

Yes, I seem to be gently oscillating around the 14½ stone mark, which is just fine. :smile:

Just see how it goes over the next few weeks, as I get the full exercise routine going again….
