Just occasionally, the Lescam captures an image of me that I actually like. A bit, anyway. This one from this morning quite pleased me. Definitely showing the reduced facial flab level
OK. Tonight’s exercise action:
- 15 minutes on the rower (up by 50% on yesterday)
- A couple of short sets on the abominable abdominal exerciser[3]
- A set on the dumbells - with a wee bit more weight on some of the exercises
- The usual 10km on the exercise bike
Aim to do much the same for the rest of this week, and add a bit more next week.

[3] Need to get back into that. I need some abs to go with the more muscular bits I’m getting elsewhere
This morning’s weight - down nicely at 202.6 pounds (14 stone 6.6 pounds, 91.9kg). That’s just under the 14½ stone line and (excluding Sunday’s lurgy-influenced low), the lowest weight since April 10.
That makes me want to step up the exercise some more
