This really won’t do. Up some more to a really far too heavy 209.2 pounds (14 stone 13.2 pounds, 94.9kg).
Somewhat lacking in energy, possibly because I haven’t been getting enough sleep this week. That’s partly due to my general inability to make myself go to bed at a more sensible time, and partly due to having my sleep disrupted by the incredibly loud howling wind that is battering the country at present….
Had planned to go out for a drink, but decided not to go as I was tired and the weather was vile. Either that, or I’m going back into hermit mode, which wouldn’t be a good thing.
