Despite yesterday’s odd increase (fluctuations, etc, etc), it seems I’m on another downswing.
This morning’s figure is a really quite pleasing 198.4 pounds (14 stone 2.4 pounds, 90.0kg). That nice round kg figure is one of those psychologicackle hurdle thingies, of course.
