A slightly special weight report from this morning: 202.0 pounds (14 stone 6 pounds, 91.6kg). That’s the lowest since October last year, and I’m sure I’ve got bigger muscles now than I did then, so this is definitely a sign of more flab loss 
A further sign of that is that this week I’ve been wearing a pair of trousers that I quite literally could not do up only a month or so ago, and they haven’t felt all that tight at all.
