A nice little drop in my weight this morning - 203.2 pounds (14 stone 7.2 pounds, 92.2kg).
After a day of generally sitting around[1], catching up on some reading and so on, I got back into the exercise routine again. Did the whole routine finishing off with 21 minutes on the rowing machine, and got my heart rate up to 155, which is pretty good.
Tomorrow is going to be a relaxed night while I enjoy the return of Doctor Who, which I might have mentioned once or twice
[1] Nice to have a day off and not have to do anything in particular sometimes.
