This morning’s weight was up quite a bit to 206.0 pounds (14 stone 10 pounds, 93.4kg). Probably down to having a lazy day yesterday.
Got right back into the exercise routine this evening, though - and added some more time on the rower. I managed three sets of seven minutes for a total of 21 minutes[1], which is back where I was when I stopped rowing whenever it was last year. Good progress. Peak heart rate was 151.
