Weight slightly down this morning at 207.6 pounds (14 stone 11.6 pounds, 94.2kg). A small step in the right direction…
Woke up hideously early this morning[1], but eventually got back to sleep, so I think I’ve caught up on the last few nights.
Not going to attempt an exercise session tonight - I’m going to have a relaxed evening before getting an early night. Up far too early tomorrow to catch a train..
