Oh good. Managed the same routine again tonight. :grin

Now if I can manage that three or four nights a week, I should be able to lose those extra pounds. Of course, that’s assuming that they’re all formed of excess flab. I’m not entirely sure of that, you see. My upper arms seem to be getting alarmingly large. Serious muscles, even :eek:

Now that’s a relief. Still high, but not quite so high at 204.4 pounds (14 stone 8.4 pounds, 92.7kg). More exercise required…
