Having had a few days off while I had the ickier stages of the cold (sniffle, blow, stream, eww, etc), I decided to make a small start on getting back into the exercise routine.
So, no rower, Bullworker[1], but a reasonable workout with the dumbells[3] and the usual 10km on the exercise bike. Though that was split into three bits as my brother phoned me twice.
